Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while working with fresh, high-quality produce? Pincher Creek Co-op is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Produce Clerk to become a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, and locating items.
• Manage inventory levels, order stock, and receive deliveries with attention to detail.
• Stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables to maintain optimal quality.
• Ensure all produce is fresh, safe, and meets high-quality standards.
• Remove spoiled produce promptly and maintain a visually appealing display.
• Set up, maintain, and deconstruct product displays creatively.
• Uphold a clean and organized shopping environment at all times.
• Adhere to health regulations and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of produce quality, hygiene, safety, and food preparation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., able to work all shifts.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift, carry heavy items, climb ladders, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in safe food handling; Food Safe course is an asset.
• Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness.
